Refunds

Once your order is returned, our team will receive and inspect your item(s) to ensure they are in unworn condition and verify that all accompanying items are present before issuing a refund.

Your refund will be processed approximately 5 business days after we receive your return. Your refund will be issued back to the method of payment used in the original purchase, or by check if the original payment method was bank wire, cash, or any other payment requiring special processing. If the original method of payment was a credit card, you will see the refund reflected on your account within the next 4-7 business days.

Resizing

Within 60 days, we will resize your ring for free, including free shipping both ways. The 60-day policy begins when your purchase is first available for shipment or pickup.

Outside of the 60-day free resize period, rings can be resized for a fee as long as they're within the recommended sizing range.

What rings cannot be resized? 

  • Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design, but they can be exchanged under our 30-day policy.
  • Custom, modified, and engraved rings can be resized but are subject to resize fees.

Instructions for Resizing Orders

  1. Contact us at concierge@oyalabs.co. We will email a return shipping authorization number and provide a free FedEx return shipping label.
  2. Packages that are received without a return shipping authorization number will not be accepted for refund. Return shipping authorizations are active for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorization. If your return shipping authorization has expired, please contact us at concierge@oyalabs.co to request another return shipping authorization.
  3. Place your jewelry back in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please include the ring/jewelry box inside a small FedEx Priority box and seal it. Place the small FedEx Priority box inside a medium FedEx Priority box.
  4. Make sure you include any accompanying packaging and gemstone grading reports.
  5. Seal the box and mark out any old addresses or bar codes.
  6. Write your shipping authorization number on the outside of the box (information can be found in your return confirmation email).
  7. Affix the FedEx label to the outside of the box.

Full insurance is included when you use our free shipping label and follow packaging instructions – including double boxing your return package.
