To ensure your return experience is effortless, we offer free 30-day returns & exchanges to make sure your purchase is just right, free 30-day resizing ensure that you can find the perfect fit and free FedEx shipping whether your purchase is headed to you or back to us. Full insurance is included when you use our free shipping label and follow packaging instructions. 

If our original shipment packaging appears to be damaged or tampered with in any way, please photograph the packaging before opening and save all discarded packaging for potential insurance claim filings, and notify us immediately at

Free U.S. FedEx Shipping

We’re proud to offer FREE FedEx® shipping on every order in the US. All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping®. All deliveries require a signature for delivery. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.  If you would like to arrange delivery to a FedEx® location please contact us. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Returns and Exchanges

We’re dedicated to making sure that your experience is truly exceptional. If you aren’t delighted with your jewelry, you have 30 days to return it or exchange it, no questions asked. Just contact us for a fully insured shipping label. Make sure that your jewelry is in its original condition and be sure to include all purchase documentation and grading reports. What products aren't eligible for return?

  • Orders outside of our 30-day return policy.
  • Rings that have been resized or modified.
  • Special orders, including designs with customized precious metal selections.
  • Engraved fine jewelry.
  • Personalized fine jewelry.
  • Items that have been previously exchanged.
  • Custom designed jewelry.
  • Any orders that were altered while in process.

A return or exchange can be initiated by email for all eligible orders of unworn products. Please contact us at to start the process. 

Instructions for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Contact us at We will email a return shipping authorization number and provide a free FedEx return shipping label.
  2. Packages that are received without a return shipping authorization number will not be accepted for refund. Return shipping authorizations are active for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorization. If your return shipping authorization has expired, please contact us at to request another return shipping authorization.
  3. Pack Your Jewelry.
  4. Place your jewelry back in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please include the ring/jewelry box inside a small FedEx Priority box and seal it. Place the small FedEx Priority box inside a medium FedEx Priority box.
  5. Make sure you include any accompanying packaging and gemstone grading reports.
  6. Seal the box and mark out any old addresses or bar codes.
  7. Write your shipping authorization number on the outside of the box (information can be found in your return confirmation email).
  8. Affix the FedEx label to the outside of the box.

How to Return Your Package.

  1. Find a FedEx Staffed location by first searching for your zip code and then filtering to “Shipping assistance.”
  2. Obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped – this receipt will act as proof of insurance. Oya Labs and FedEx are not responsible for packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or Non-FedEx Staffed locations.

Full insurance is included when you use our free shipping label and follow packaging instructions, including double boxing your return package.
