When will I receive my jewelry?

All our pieces are made to order for you. Your bespoke design will be delivered in four weeks. Don’t worry, it will be worth the wait!

 

What shipping options are available?

We’re proud to offer FREE FedEx® shipping on every order in the US. All deliveries require a signature for delivery. If you would like to arrange delivery to a FedEx® location please contact us at concierge@oyalabs.co. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Oya Labs does not ship to P.O. Boxes. We’re proud to offer FREE FedEx® shipping on every order in the US. All deliveries require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx®. These requirements are for your protection. Can I have my package shipped to my office?

Yes. It’s an excellent way to keep your order a surprise. Make sure you will be available to sign for the package.

 

Is a signature required for delivery?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx®.

 

Can I ship to an address that is different than my billing address?

Yes. We can also ship to a FedEx® location for pickup.

 

Can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

Do you have a gift box for presentation?

All Oya Labs jewelry is presented in a beautiful box. We think you’ll want to save it for storing your jewelry.

 

What is your return policy?

Not completely thrilled by your new jewelry? Return it in its original condition within 30 days from the day it arrives for a full refund. Custom orders and personalized jewelry are FINAL SALE. Contact us at concierge@oyalabs.co to request an insured FedEx® Label for your return, include the purchaser name and order number in the email. Expect your refund within 2 weeks (credit card companies timelines vary.)

 

How do I exchange a purchase?

We offer complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to exchange. Contact us at concierge@oyalabs.co and we will email you a return shipping label. You can then drop off your package at the nearest FedEx® location. Returns are accepted for exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days. The product must be in its complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Please note that special orders or items with engraving are FINAL SALE. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact us at concierge@oyalabs.co. We will accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. If your order has already shipped, please contact us at concierge@oyalabs.co to set up a return once you have received the shipment.

 

Can I return an item that was given to me as a gift?

Of course! Simply contact us at concierge@oyalabs.co with the purchaser name and order number to request an insured FedEx® Label for your return. You can then drop off your package at the nearest FedEx® location. If you would prefer for the buyer of the gift not to receive the refund, you can exchange the item for something else.  The product must be in its complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Please note that special orders or items with engraving are FINAL SALE. 

Do you have a warranty on your jewelry?

Oya Labs offers a lifetime warranty to protect against manufacturing defects on all the jewelry we sell. In addition, we offer a one-year warranty against damage. Oya Labs will repair your pieces within one year of purchase at no additional cost. However, we reserve the right to determine if the damage is caused by normal wear and usage before authorizing the repair. After the first year, we would be happy to repair your Oya Labs Jewelry for a small fee. The warranty does not include diamond loss, normal wear marks, or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft. This warranty is limited to repair and/or replacement at Oya Lab’s discretion.

Can I get personalized assistance or advice about my purchase?

Are your diamonds ethically sourced?

All our lab-grown diamonds are sourced directly from the grower. We track our diamonds from rough to cutting and through the jewelry workshop so you can be sure of ethical sourcing. The power to grow our diamonds is 100% renewable energy from the sun and the wind. Our diamonds are certified carbon neutral and climate neutral.

 

Can I get a grading certificate with my diamond?

We offer independent grading certificates for all diamonds over 0.50 carats. 

 

Where is your jewelry made?

Our jewelry is made in responsible jewelry workshops in the United States and India. Our supplier partners are certified members of the Responsible Jewelry Council, the leading sustainability and traceability standards organization for the jewelry industry. All the workshops that make our jewelry have been independently audited by a third party to ensure that they meet the Responsible Jewelry Council Code of Practice. Sustainability and ethical sourcing is central to our business. We are constantly striving to do more to create the most ethically sourced and created jewelry we can.

 

What if my ring doesn't fit?

Order the wrong size? No problem! Contact us at concierge@oyalabs.co to inquire about free resizing. After the one-year warranty expires, we offer resizing for a small fee.

 

Can I order a ring size that isn’t listed on your site?

Do you offer engraving?

Yes, we offer engraving beginning at $45. Please contact us at concierge@oyalabs.co for details. All hand engraved items require a 2-3 week turnaround and are FINAL SALE. 

What is the best way to clean my jewelry?

Our jewelry is crafted to last a lifetime with proper care. To keep your lab grown diamonds and gems sparkling clean, soak your jewelry in a bowl of warm water with a drop of dish soap. Use a soft brush behind the gems where dust can collect. Air dry on a soft lint-free cloth. Remove your jewelry when showering, exercising, gardening or swimming. Use care when applying lotions, creams and perfumes. 

  

What are your payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also checkout by using PayPal, Google Pay or Shop Pay. 

Do you offer financing?

Not at this time. 

Are Oya Labs prices subject to change?

Prices on OyaLabs.co are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase.

 

Do you price match if I see a lower price after my purchase?

All prices are final, and we do not price match. Since we base our prices on the current prices of metals and gems, which fluctuate, our prices do too.
